Morning Glory

When getting up in the morning for work, without the coffee buzz kicking in yet, the last thing you want to do is spend the morning rushing, doing your hair. That’s never a good time! To save time and energy, simply shampoo and condition your hair the night before and make sure it’s dry and brushed through when you go to bed. No need to spend time blow drying it super straight/smooth, just make sure it’s dry and brushed out. If you didn’t make it in the shower the night before and/or don’t want to wash your hair too often, that won’t be an issue. When you wake up in the morning and are pressed for time, take the flat iron or curling iron to your already dry hair, take smaller sections going up the head to polish the look….and there you go! Taking smaller sections is key because it really makes each section of the hair more smooth and precise. Many times when people don’t get their hair as smooth as they would like in certain areas, it’s because of this. So take smaller sections, work up the head, and you will be fine. If you are using a curling iron and going for more of a very light curl/loose wave look, of course bigger sections are the key. Just make sure they aren’t too big, causing the hair not to look as polished as you would like.
